Aligarh Muslim University Law Entrance Examination

The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) BA LLB is a 5-year integrated law degree course offered by the Department of Laws of the Faculty of Law at the AMU. Besides, the combined program offers both the credentials of Bachelor Arts and Bachelor Law at the termination of the 5 years of study. 

The integrated BA LLB course at AMU comprises the vast legal field and socio-political science disciplines for a period of 5 years. Through the program, students get analytical tools and become consequent participants in the legal advocate field. Graduates after completion of program can practice as legal professionals in areas of law, legislation, public prosecution etc.

The entrance test to AMU's planned BA LLB 2024 batch is predicted to be commenced in May-June 2024. This includes an exam pattern, which usually are multiple choice questions (MCQs) and test reasoning, speed, current events and English proficiency. Generally, for the interview, the results are declared from 1-2 months on Aligarh Muslim University's official website. Classes commence soon after.

The subjects here are examined with 2 sessions a year. The evaluation type is terminal examinations and continuous assessment through google classroom tests, presentations, project work etc. The minimum passing mark is 40% in each paper. The final semester, which is very practical in nature, is aimed at grooming students for the real world through law firms, courts and chambers attachments.
