AKNU CET is short for Acharya Nagarjuna University Common Entrance Test. It is a university-level entrance test annually conducted by the Acharya Nagarjuna University, situated in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Candidates choosing to pursue different PG courses offered by AKNUCET or the university's affiliated colleges need to sit for the exam. The AKNU strives to develop a fair and equitable selection process through patient and professional conduct, and aims to assess candidates based on their aptitude and subject knowledge. The test has multiple-choice questions with the unanswered problem being penalized for the wrong one.
From now in 2024, this is going to take the place of the AKNUCET notification which is likely to accompany the registration in February. Of course, the test lies in the last weeks of May or the first weeks of June for over 40 centers across Andhra Pradesh. The announcement of the result will be made approximately 1 month from the date of the examination. The qualified individuals with the percentage of cut off marks in the exam and the rank of subjects will be invited to participate in the counseling process where they will apply for their program and college of choice.
