AIIMS Nursing Officer Exam 2024: Recruitment, Exam Date

Every year, the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) undergoes the examination for the AIIMS Nursing Officer that is meant to recruit the nursing officers in different AIIMS institutes across the entire country of India. The AIIMS competitive examination for nursing officer position among all over the nation is also one of the most sought after entrance examinations. The test comprises a multiple-choice format, question bank which is delivered in a computer-based test (CBT) of 200 summative questions covering topics like fundamentals of nursing, medical surgical nursing, obstetric and gynecological nursing, pediatric nursing, psychiatric nursing, and nursing administration.

Appearing in the AIIMS Nursing Officer exam would required a minimum eligibility of B.Sc. minimum of a bachelor's degree in Nursing from an institution/institute accredited/recognized and registered with the Indian Nursing Council Act 1947. The selection process is about the CBT subsequently followed by skill based test for those who qualify the CBT. After all balls are drawn, the final merit list is compiled of the total scores of the CBT and the aptitude test.
