AIEED (All India Engineering Entrance Examination) is a national level entrance exam designed and conducted by All India Shiksha Education and Training University for granting admission onto BTech programs that the University offers through its affiliated colleges all over the country. It is one of the most sought after engineering entrance exam which has over 1.5 lakh students filling it up annually. The test examines student's knowledge on physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, and reasoning and comprehension through reading and writing in English. The total duration will be 3 hours and 150 questions, all multiple choice, will be provided.
The AIEED 2024 will be organised in a mode of online offline test in a remote proctored form between April and June 2023. AIEED 2023 results will be declared in the last week of June in the year 2024 on the official website. AIEED score is valid for one year and have been adopted by about 40 autonomous engineering colleges in AISECT. The students with marks higher than the cut-off limit will be considered for colleges and branches provided they have met the cut-off marks category-wise and caste-wise as per available seats. Throughout the counselling process there will be online registration, filling in choices, allocation of seats, and finally, the process of admission. The chosen students should report to the disclosed college and do the enrolment in the given time.
