The MSc Aviation programme is a 2-years full-time postgraduate programme, where all the theoretical and practical aspects of safety, management and operations in the air transport sector are covered. Students acquaint themselves with the different areas of airport and airline running and overseeing.

The curriculum consists of subjects like airlines management, airports planning and operations, aviation safety and security, aviation law and regulations, air traffic control and airspace management, crew resource management, airline marketing, aviation finance etc. Among other topics, air traffic control and flight planning, weather forecasting and understanding the aviation meteorology, aircraft maintenance including avionics, flight dispatch, and ground handling operations are also included in the study of the students.

Eligibility Candidates must have a BSc degree in a related field with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. Some universities may require a higher percentage.
Entrance Exam Many universities require candidates to qualify in an entrance exam, such as GATE, JEE, or CET. Some universities may conduct their own entrance exam.

1. Bachelor's degree from any stream having minimum of 50% marks from recognized university level. Science graduates are preferred.

2. Not only finishing but also final year bachelor's exam appearing candidates can also apply. The status of their admission will be tentative till then they submit their final marksheet though.
