The Diploma of Cyber Law is a 6-month to a year-long diploma program that is a mix of live classes and online sessions, which enable an in-depth understanding of information technology law and cyber laws in India. A syllabus which covers areas such as intellectual property in the virtual space, cybercrime inquiry and legislation, e-commerce laws, data privacy and protection laws, cyber security and cyber forensics is used to deliver the course.

Students are mastered in the law on IT and cyber crimes in India, which consist of: Information Technology Act 2000, data privacy laws, electronic commerce laws, cyber security policies and guidelines among others. The course covers cases of the Supreme Court of India that have made landmarks on technology and law.
