3 Years
Degree
Graduation
Full Time

The Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) is a 4-year long undergraduate degree course aimed at establishing the study of how medicines affect living organisms. Students glean core competencies in drugs, their chemical & biological nature, making them, formulating them, quality control, manufacturing, marketing, sales & ensuring their regulation.

The pharmacology component gives an in-depth discussion on how drugs and drug medications work and their effects on the body both side effects and benefits. It covers the following: drugs mechanisms of action, therapeutic use, contraindications, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics. Students get acquainted with the study of drug interactions within organism's systems and the body.
