Digital Media Design Diploma is a 1- year diploma with a focus on digital media designing and changing many aspects of communication by using social networks and web-based technology. These courses provide students with both theoretical knowledge and practical implementations to make them ready to work in digital media and design.
The class treats the subjects such as print media design, web and graphic design, 2D and 3D animation, video production, advertising and marketing communications, photography and project management. Students will be trained on Adobe softwares; Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc. and other softwares like CorelDraw, Maya, etc. to make digital media content.

1. 10+2 or 10th or 12th pass from a recognized board. Only students who have completed grade 10th or 12th either from a state board or any other education board are eligible for this program.
2. Some colleges accept students from certificate and diploma courses; when they apply for the programme as well. Nevertheless, seat in this program will only be given to those who secure grade 10 or 12 educational certificate or above.
3. Usually there is not any required percentage criteria just some institutes can specify this to having secured over 50% of marks in Class 10th or Class 12th. To qualify, one needs to score above the score requirement mentioned by the institute.
4. An ability to generate and/or improve creative skills like drawing, sketching, photography, designing etc. has become a requirement though not always a necessity. Carrying on with relevant issues complements the comprehensive understanding of course information.
5. English language proficiency in reading, writing and speaking are equal to that English is used as the medium of instruction and course materials.
6. As the students complete a hands on training on the design software which is Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, etc. they need to be able to use basic computing skills.

1. Search the admission requirements for the courses in various colleges that offer the program and the academic qualification, entrance test need to be met strictly. A regular 12th pass with minimum 50% score is acceptable.
2. Scatter a couple of colleges, according to your budget, location, written record of placements, infrastructure and other priorities. Notably, credible media institutions such as Arena Multimedia provide travel video making as one of their courses.
3. Submit online or offline application by completing the college admission forms and the deadline to do this is before the admission window closes. You may have to submit your 12th marksheet, a photo or ID/address proof as well as a passport size or bigger.
4. Take part in any entrance tests that a college may have, if they are applicable. Some colleges are ready to accept students, whose 12th percentages are enough for them to be directly admitted.
5. The payment of the required fees, submission of documents and other finals formalities must be done in accordance with the given time frame, if you are selected.
6. Make a schedule for you to attend the orientation session at the beginning of classes. Obtain a knowledge base of the course structure, internship programs, instructors, and rules and regulations. Finish any remaining admission processes.
