MMCC Pune is one of the prominent commerce colleges in the city of Pune situated in Maharashtra state and the college is affiliated to the Marathwada Mitramandal’s College of Commerce. Nestled in Pune, MMCC was Established in  1967 and has since procured the requisite licenses and acclamation including the NAAC Grade A certification. In the NIRF Rankings 2023 that have been recently released, MMCC Pune has secured Rank 65 among the top commerce colleges of India . The MMCC Pune is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University and the institute provides the undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Commerce and Management disciplines in fields such as BCom, BBA, BCA, MCom, and MMS. New admission will start from March 2024 for the academic session 2024-25. The applications for these programs can be done either by the students filling the application form or by taking the college examination. The admission is based on merit of the qualifying examination and college exam which is conducted by the college.

The employment opportunities available in the campus include the job profiles offered by the top companies of banking, financial services, consulting and FMCG that come for campus recruitment every year. The placement record of the college was quite impressive in the placement drive conducted in the session 2021-22 where 85% of the students were offered jobs with the highest salary being Rs 12 LPA. High-ranking recruiting firms were ICICI Bank, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Axis Bank, and HDFC Bank.

MMCC Pune or Marathwada Mitramandal’s College of Commerce Pune is one of the leading commerce colleges in the region and is officially linked to Savitribai Phule Pune University. Stemming from the three colleges of commerce and management, the MMCC stands for Mumbai Minority Common Centre that was started in 1967 and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the fields of commerce and management. 

BCom program offers wide majors in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Business Management, and Financial Market. The MCom program has two options for specialization which include Accountancy and Advanced Accountancy. MMCC also has MBA programm with majors in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Other related diploma and certificate courses include Taxation, Financial Market, and Computer Application.

MMCC is a College of Commerce run by Marathwada Mitramandal in Pune has been reporting excellent trend in placements of its students in recent years. Some of the major companies that require the services of recruitment agencies include Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank. Interns had the opportunity to get selected in prestigious organizations for which the maximum salary offered to the final year students was 16 lakhs per annum offered by a major consulting firm. With regard to the salary packages offered to the students placed across all the streams, the average has been approximately 6.5 lakhs per annum.
