Mahatma Gandhi Government College also known as MGG College is a noteworthy undergraduate and postgraduate college which is situated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It was set up in 1961 and is one of the most prestigious and oldest ones in this state. MGG College is affiliated with Osmania University and provides a sizable the number of courses in disciplines of sciences, commerce, arts, law and education.
More than 6000 students are enrolled in 30 undergraduate and postgraduate programs through MGG College which has become one of the best places of higher education. The campus comprises 100 acres and hides academic units, library, hostels, playgrounds along with other facilities. The College has been able to boast many famous alumni over the years who have been standouts in civil service, research, judiciary, arts, literature and other fields.

Mahatma Gandhi Government College Admission Process 2024
- The admission is merit based through the list of eligible candidates which is prepared after the qualifying examination (12th exams).
- Some courses may require the university or institute to organize supplementary tests before admitting students.
- To apply, students will have to fill an application form online or they can obtain it in person from the college. Application fee needs to be paid.
