Datta Meghe Institute of Engineering Technology and Research Admission Process 2024

Eligibility:

• For undergraduate programs (B.Tech): Minimum 45% aggregate marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) subjects.
• For postgraduate programs (M.Tech): Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum 55% aggregate marks.
• For MBA/PGDM programs: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Entrance Exams:

• For B.Tech: Admissions are based on scores obtained in either JEE Main or the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET).
• For M.Tech: GATE score is mandatory for most specializations. Some may also consider MHCET or conduct their own institute-level tests.
• For MBA/PGDM: Entrance exams like MAT, XAT, GMAT, CAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAH CET are accepted.

• Merit Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to students who have secured at least 90% marks in 10th or 12th and at least 75% in their UG Degree. The scholarship amount is INR 50,000 for the first semester's fees.
• Minority Scholarship: This scholarship is available for minority students who are applying for M.Phil or Ph.D. programs. They must have completed degrees in Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Pharmacy with at least 50% marks. The candidate should not be availing of JRF of UGC-NET or UGC-CSIR NET.
• Other Scholarships: There are a number of other scholarships available, such as scholarships for sports, cultural activities, and wards of staff.
