Chalapathi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (CIPS) is a private pharmacy college located in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. It was founded in 1992 by Chalapathi Educational Society. CIPS is affiliated to Andhra University and is accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

Chalapathi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences Admission Process 2024
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have passed the Intermediate (10+2) examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Candidates must have qualified in the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) or the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).
Admission Process
- Candidates will have to register for the AP EAMCET or NEET exam.
- After the results of the entrance exam are declared, candidates will have to participate in the counseling process conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).
- During the counseling process, candidates will have to choose their preferred colleges and courses.
- Candidates will be allotted seats in colleges based on their merit and the availability of seats.
- Once the seat is allotted, candidates will have to pay the admission fees and confirm their admission.
Personal Interview
CIPS also conducts a personal interview for all shortlisted candidates. The personal interview is conducted to assess the candidate's communication skills, personality, and motivation to study pharmacy.
