Tamil Nadu SSLC Board Exam 2024: The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), released the TN SSLC Time Table 2024 on the official website on November 16th. 2024. The Ministry of Education has announced that board exams will be held twice a year from the 2024 session and students will be allowed to maintain good marks. As per the National Education Policy (NEP 2020), a new curriculum framework is ready and textbooks will be developed for the 2024 academic session. It says students of classes 11 and 12 have to study two languages ​​and at least one of them must be an Indian language. According to the updated curriculum framework, to give flexibility to students, streams like arts, science and commerce will not be the only choice of subjects in class 11 and 12. 

The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu conducts the TN 10th exam every year. Students who have passed Class 9 from a recognized Board of Education and have studied Class 10 from a school affiliated to DGE, TN can apply to appear for the TN SSLC exam. The board determines the books, syllabus and pattern of examination. Students are advised to read the entire syllabus and prepare for the exam accordingly. They should solve, practice and analyze previous year question papers to score better marks.
