The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra for admission to undergraduate engineering, pharmacy and agricultural courses in the state colleges of Maharashtra.
Based on MHT CET scores and preferences, seat allocation for admission to Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Pharm D and Agricultural courses offered at government, government-aided and unaided institutions will be made through Centralized Admission Process(CAP). Counselling rounds will be conducted in June-July 2024 after the exam results. Intensive competition is expected with over 4 lakh students appearing for MHT CET 2024 vying for limited number of seats in the popular colleges.
