Staff Selection Commission (SSC) carries out the group 'B' and 'C' level non-technical posts in various departments, ministries and organizations of Central Government Selection Post exam for the post recruitment. Matriculation, Higher Secondary, and Graduation & Above are three tiers of the Selection Post exam, and the qualification needed is the minimum educational qualification for the posts.
SSC Selection Post exam measures the candidates' general intelligence and reasoning, logic and quantitative aptitude, English language and comprehension as well as general awareness. The test format comprises of an objective type questionnaire which requires the candidate to select the correct answers from the given options on a computer-based test. Those who get shortlisted for the next round of the selection process there may have to do typing test or skill testing after the that.
