The competition for the admission into the IIMs in 2024 will be strenuous for a student. While there are only about 2000 PGDMA seats in total across the top seven IIMs and over two lakh students appearing for the Common Admission Test (CAT), getting very high percentile becomes important. 1. IIM Ahmedabad:

2. IIM Bangalore: 

The University first of its kind in India is the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). It was set up in 1973 and it became the third IIM to be set up after the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and IIM, Ahmedabad. IIMB is ranked among the leading B-schools in India and more broadly in the Asia-Pacific region.

IIMB offers postgraduate diploma programs in management, fellowship program in Management doctoral, executive education and management development programs. It is also well known for its post graduate research programs and has some of its staffs being well recognized. 3. IIM Calcutta: 

The Indian institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC) was the first Indian Institute of Management set up in the year 1961 by the government of India in collaboration with Alfred P Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). IIMC is well known as one of the leading Business School in India and Asia for its qualitative management education and research. 

IIMC has a two year full time MBA program, Masters in Business Administration, offers doctoral programs and several other executive education programs. It has MDPs that can be tailored for the corporate executives, business owners and government officials. 4. IIM Lucknow: 

IIM Lucknow is one of the oldest management institutes in India located in Lucknow was is set up in the year 1984 by the government of India. The JMET is a flagship of the IIM, Lucknow and offers post graduate diploma programs in management and also executive education. It is a large private university having its campus of 185 acre situated at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

5. IIM Kozhikode:
