- This is a means of selection via JEE main which is a national level test. The rich start preparing for the exam from the day they come to the university and the poor students have enough trouble getting to class on time.
- BTech selections are based on the JEE Main result ranking. This would distinguish MTech candidates from B Tech or M Tech individuals who do not have the GATE qualification.
