All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is the test that is conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) to check if an advocate is capable to practice law in India. In 2024, AIB-19 (AIBE XIX) is planned to be written. Under this national-level eligibility test, law graduates and lawyers having a right to practice their profession all across the country are the candidates.
The AIBE 2024 exam will be testing the candidates on a number of compulsory subjects such as the constitutional law, the jurisprudence, the contract law, the civil procedure code, the criminal procedure code, the evidence law, the administrative law, the company law, etc. as per the latest BCI rules and curriculum. The exam pattern is likely to be multiple-choice questions in which you will be given something to choose only while you get a chance of one mark for each question and no negative marking.
Regarding the AIBE-2024 registration process, it is likely that it will commence 6-8 weeks before the date of the examination as per previous years trends. Those who are interested can register online at the official AIBE website. The amount that you may be charged would be approximately Rs 3,500. Admit cards will be available for download by all those who have filled up the form during this pre-exam period. The results usually get announced a month after the test. Practicing law Qualifying AIBE mandatory for enrolled advocates in courts/tribunals across the country of India. In case of a re-attempt, it will be allowed after clearing the BCI norms.

1. Registration Window. The registration period for AIBE 19 Exam 2024 will be opened in the middle of 2023 on the official AIBE website - allindiabarexamination.com. Don´t forget to verify the precise dates as well.
2. Eligibility Criteria. Be sure that you comply with the BCI criteria for educational qualification and other stated eligibility criteria while filling out forms.
3. Registration Form. As soon as the registration period is announced, you should go to the AIBE website and click on the registration link. Make sure that you complete all the AIBE registration form fields to include all your necessary information.
4. Upload Documents. Use the platform to upload and safely host your photos, signatures, IDs, education certificates and all other documents as directed. Make sure the documents are according to the set formatting rules.
5. Pay Application Fee. Make the online payment by using the credit card, debit card, net banking etc.. Also, save the payment receipt.
6. Print Application. If a student is applying online, then print out the hard copy, after filling it correctly , and keep it safely for future reference along with the valid payment receipt.
7. Exam City. You'll have to pick the city you want to take the exam in while you're filling in the application form.
8. Admit Card. After a month or so, you will be able to download your hall ticket from the website. It will have the date of the exam, and it is recommended that you print it.
