The JEE Main 2024 seat allotment will be conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) after the results of the JEE Main 2024 exams are declared. The seat allotment process will be conducted online through multiple rounds consisting of choice filling and result announcements.
Candidates who have qualified the JEE Main 2024 exam and meet the required cut-offs will be eligible to participate in the joint seat allocation process for admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. They will have to register on the JoSAA website and fill in their choices of programs and institutes. Seat allocation will be done based on JEE Main ranks, choices filled by candidates, category quotas, and availability of seats.

1. The JEE Main 2024 result is an important key for candidates to visit the official website of Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).
2. On the Shiksha home page, one will find a ‘Seat Allotment Result’ link which has to be clicked.
3. JEE Main 2024 Login: To log in, enter the application number of JEE Main 2024, password, and security pin.
4. The institutes you have been chosen for, the course, and the opening and closing ranks for each category you have been assigned will appear in your JEE Main 2024 seat allotment result.
5. Save the seat allotment letter for further use in a soft copy format or take a print out.
