BHU is known as Maa Shakti peeth as well as Triveni Sangam of learning. It is a holy place and where students from all over the world flow with a mission to attain knowledge and enlightenment. BHU being under the establishment of Madan Mohan Malviya and the same has been a pioneer in the field since its establishment in 1916 and further it has evolved to become one of the largest residential universities not only in Asia but across languages of arts, sciences, technology, law, medicine, and music faculties. Popular for its participatory learning methods that works on the growing of the body, mind and spirit of the students, BHU is the name of trust when it comes to the various programs offered like bachelors, masters, and research courses. One of the most pursued training at BHU is the BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, as well as the BA in Economics. The BTech CSE is a cutting-edge program in the field of computer science that incorporates the latest innovations in AI, cloud computing, etc., whereas the BA in economics covers the topics such as analytical economics, micro and macroeconomics, international trade, public finance and development economics. The exam for the 2024 batch is expected to take place in March 2023, with the exact dates being released in due course on the official website. The admission process involves the prospective student to obtain the score sheet from BHU entrance test, to apply as per notified schedule and to appear for counseling after shortlisting. Students who are selected have to complete admission proceedings and classes are likely to be held in the third week of July 2023 (i.e. the new school academic session, 2023-2024).
