MBA in Sports Management is a post graduate level management program which has an academic and/or professional duration of two years and covers the fundamental business, administration and management education along with the sports industry focus. Most of the MBA (Sports Management) courses can be completed in 2 years on a full time basis, but some institutes offer this course on a part time basis that may take 3 years or through distance learning facility.
The standard entry required for entry into the MBA (Sports Management) program is a Bachelor degree in any discipline with an average of 50%. There are also entrance tests which are based on national or state level like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, etc. Some of the colleges provide direct admission on the basis of candidate’s performance in graduation, work experience and interview.
