The International Institute of Information Technology Raipur (IIIT Raipur) is going to be a unique institute that will be the center of the higher studies and researches in the field of Information Technology by the year 2024. IIIT Raipur was founded in 2013 and it has campus infrastructure, which are state-of-the-art and are spread across 50 acres of land. For BTech:
10+2 or equivalent in any discipline with total aggregate marks being 60% (55% for SC/ST students)
Satisfaction of the entrance in the JEE Main or the other national/state level assessment examinations is the most important point.
For MTech:
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech./B.E.) or equivalent degree in appropriate branch with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST students)
The score of GATE or IIIT Raipur's entrance exam served as a valid criterion.
For PhD:
Master of Engineering (ME)/ Master of Technology (MTech) in allied subjects, or equivalent degree with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST students
