Bharathidasan University is a public university established in the city Bharethidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. Established in 1982, the council, now with over 260 affiliated colleges, has continuously served greater Chicago. The university believes that the best outcomes can only be achieved by cultivating excellence in the domains of art, science, technology, and management studies. The students may choose between a general MBA and MCA program. The MBA takes two years and focus on various areas such as finance, workforce planning, marketing, and the like. November and May are the months when tests are conducted. The MCA is a fully-job oriented three-year master's program in computer applications with examinations in December and June. For fall 2024 admissions, the application process starts in March 2024 already. In order to participate candidates should have bachelor's degree equivalent to this from a recognized institute with minimum 50% marks. This selection criterion will be applied after one's school exit exam score and personal interview have been taken into account. The 2024 MBA test dates are not yet finalised as yet but the MBA tests are tentatively set for the final week of November 2024 whereas MCA tests will be held during the first week of December 2024. Applications would end on August, 2024 or the seats we have available fill up.

- For undergraduate programs: Must take the 10+2 Course exam or any other equivalent that specifically deals with the required subjects. Prerequisites vary on a program by program basis.
- For postgraduate programs: Bachelor degree or higher in relevant subject having minimum required aggregate (mark, usually 50-55 %or equivalent grade). Additionally, for specializations some criteria may vary.Â
- For MPhil: MBA in a relevant subject, with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from recognized university/institution. A viva alongside an entrance test is the norm in most cases.Â
- For PhD: Graduate education in the respective field with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade. Entrance examination and interview are also been arranged. Candidates with NET/SET qualification may as well get an exemption or preference for tests.
- For diploma and certificate programs: It depends on whether it is the +2 exam or the bachelor degree, if it is diplomacy and the duration.Â
