Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) invites aspiring engineers to embark on a transformative journey through its B.Tech Admission 2024 program. Nestled in the picturesque Jammu and Kashmir region, SMVDU is renowned for its commitment to academic excellence and holistic development.
SMVDU has a 4-year B.Tech program right from the first years and is available in branches like Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering; Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. The admissions to the B.Tech program are based on marks secured by the candidate in JEE Main or SMVDUEE entrance exam.
The admission process of B.Tech starts with the availability of the application form which is opened in March 2024 on the website of the university. Applications will be available in online and candidates will have to enter their academic details and pay the application fees too. Merit list for each category is announced by the SMVDU in the mid of June depending upon candidate’s entrance exam performance. Candidates listed for the final selection will go through counseling, scrutiny of documents, medical examination and admission.

1. There are certain eligibility factors such as, minimum 10+2 percentage and JEE Main percentile.
2. You must complete an online form on the university’s website when there are notifications out.
3. Add picture, signature, 10th and 12th mark sheets etc if required will have to be uploaded.

5. Retain a photocopy of the completed form in an appropriate place as a record.

7. Sit for university entrance examination, if necessary.
