SRMAT is the one which is conducted by the SRM University of Science and Technology for the purpose of candidates' entrance into the undergraduate engineering and allied programs. SRM University offers SRMCAT, his stands for SRM Common Admission Test. It is computer based test having questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English Proficiency area. The overall time for the test is 2 hours 30 minutes.
The SRMCAT exam measures the students' ability related to the fundamental knowledge and skill in the respective subject which is necessary for the upcoming technical education. It is officers are given exams in multiple sessions per year, which is usually between February and July. The result can be announced right within the a week of the testing.
