IILM University is a private university in Gurugram, Haryana that offers various academic programs. IILM was set up in 2004 and is accredited from the University Grants Commission (UGC) of India and is affiliated to All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). LLB, MA(JMC), M.Sc, M.Tech, and Ph.D. Generally the admission process starts from January every year and students are given admission on the basis of their performance in the entrance exams like CAT/XAT/CMAT for MBA course and CLAT for LLB course etc with Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by the university only. The semester exams are written and administered in the months of Nov/Dec and May/June of the academic year.
The IILM University is also equipped with a very active placement cell that assists students in their internships as well as in their final placement as per their courses. Some of the industry giants like KPMG, EY, Deloitte etc., Flipkart, Reliance etc., are the regular recruiters of the college that organizes placement drives and the highest salary package offered ranges from Rs 26 lakhs per annum. The placement percentage for the MBA programme is greater than 90 percent with average salary between eight to nine lakhs per annum. Placements have been showing the growth trend for several years now which map to the skills developed for the students as per the industry requirement.
