Appeal 2 – IIM Kerala seeks admission applications to the Doctoral Programme (PhD) in Management for the academic year 2024. The specialization options provided are in areas such as finance, economics, marketing, operations, organizational behaviours, human resource management, information technology and systems etc.
Qualifying requirements include possession of a Master’s degree or any other equivalent qualification in any field with at least fifty five percent of the total marks. The candidate must have qualified any of the tests i.e., CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE/JRF etc., as per the Government of India norms. It is not compulsory that the candidate should have work experience. The recruitment process will follow a three-tier model, with the stages being the research proposal presentation & interview, written ability test and final personal interview. Some of them must do compulsory coursework alongside their PhDs in the first year they join the program.
