BDL Management Trainee exam is a recruitment exam held by Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) to select the applicants for Management Trainee post, having specialization in Finance and Human Resources. It is one of the most common tests conducted for the purpose of employing fresh engineering personnel and MBA’s.
The competitive selection process includes qualification, examination, and interview. The written test contains objective type questions, which covers areas in quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, general English and the domain area such as finance, HR, economics etc. Candidates are selected for interview on the basis of their performance in the written test.

1. Check the eligibility criteria: Ideal candidates should possess a BE/B qualification.Education that is, technical degree in relevant fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Electronics computer science etc There are also condition regarding age and nationality.
2. Application mode: The notification is released and the applications are received online through the BDL’s home page or through the popular job links. Continue with the frequent visit on the BDL site to check for the Management Trainee notification.
3. Fill application form: The moment the notification is out, the candidates who are interested or fulfilling the criteria mentioned have to submit an application form wherein this and that information have to be provided in a correct manner which includes personal details, contact information, educational qualification and others.
4. Pay application fees: The BDL Management Trainee application form is usually accompanied by an application fee, which has to be paid on-line. Check details in notification.
5. Upload documents: Photograph, signature, photograph of certificates, mark-sheets, Caste certificate if applicable etc. in scanned form need to be uploaded as per specifications mentioned above.
6. Submit form and take printout: It is also important to go through all requirements on BDL MT application before submitting the application. This could be done for future reference by taking a printout.
7. Prepare for selection process: The shortlisting process is generally done by referring to the GATE scores and marks they obtained. Lastly, the selected candidates submit and present their documents, take pre-employment medical tests and join accordingly.
