The bachelor's in business administration entrepreneurship program is an undergraduate course that runs for 3 years with the objective of developing business and entrepreneurial competencies. Through the curriculum the students are equipped with strong understandings of general management and entrepreneurship as well as of new venture creation.
Besides those who get knowledge about all management practices of business, students will understand marketing, finance, human resources, operations and IT. Core parts on the other hand include Entrepreneurship and New Venture creation, Business Planning, Small Business Management, Family Managed Business, Rural and Social Entrepreneurship.
1. Eligibility - Candidates who have passed class 10+2 or equivalent board or school with 50% aggregate marks from any stream are eligible to apply for admission of BBA Entrepreneurship.
2. Admission Process - Admission criteria usually is set by past Board scores of the respective student. Some colleges will have their own entrance exams whereas others could be doing direct admission or entrance tests based on marks.
3. Form Application - Students are usually required to complete the application where they have to key in their personal information like academics, place of origin, and work experience if any. Some legal documents such as age proof, mark sheets, etc. will be submitted along with the application form.
4. Fees - The fees for the course is in the range of Rs.50,000 to 3 lakhs per year depending on institute type. The tuition fee obliges a student to pay for the education, reading room or the library, laboratory, and basic amenities.
5. Program - The specially designed 3-year BBA Entrepreneurship program curriculum consists of core subjects such as accounting, marketing, finance, and business statistics combined with specialized papers in the area of entrepreneurship, business plan writing, and managing small and medium enterprises.
1. An applicant must have 10+2, in any stream and from a recognized Board with at least 50% marks.
2. Certain schools can grant students admission due to the qualifying score of such entrance tests other than 10+2 marks.
3. Through these grants, these students may be able to relax with that of cut-off percentage for the students who belongs to the reserved category as per the government norms.
4. Students who have already applied for the 10+2 exams may also relate on the provisional basis.
5. No age limit exists for getting authentication in this course too. The candidates who are both freshers after their plus two levels and professionals can submit their applications.
SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test): Organized by the Symbiosis International University for the intake of students into business administration Entrepreneruship Programme. This exam checks their skills in the use of the English language, number sense and analytical skills too.
IPU CET (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test): Degree program, BBA Entrepreneurship of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, entrance exam for all programs. Western language, logic and information about general awareness.
DU JAT (Delhi University Joint Admission Test): Policy made by Delhi University which shall be followed for admission to undergraduate management, namely BBA Entrepreneurship. Assesses competence in quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, and awareness of the general environment.
AIMA UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test): AIM Program organized by All India Management Association for entry into undergraduate program(s), which includes BBA Entrepreneurship. The test really is pivotal for determining candidates’ abilities (in their verbal and numerical skills, as well as in their general knowledge).
