Modern Education Society’s College of Engineering Pune (MCOE Pune) is an autonomous college for engineering education and is located in Pune city of Maharashtra. The college is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. MCOE Pune is a new college, which was Established in year 1999, it is approved by the AICTE and affiliated to the Government of Maharashtra. NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) has been accredited ‘A’ Grade for the college. According to NIRF rankings 2023, MCOE Pune takes its position as the 75th best engineering college in India.
The institute teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in all the specialization fields of engineering and technology. Some of the B.Tech programs that are taught include Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. For admissions in B.Tech programs MHT-CET exams are conducted for the students seeking admissions in the above said college. Those are the M.Tech in Computer Engineering, Construction Management, VLSI and Embedded Systems. M.Tech admission can be done through GATE qualified candidates. Exam will be held in the month of May 2023 while counselling and admission process is likely to start from June 2024 for the batch of 2024-2028.
MCOE Pune has been proven to be very efficient and supportive towards the students. Many reputed companies from the industry come to the campus every year for recruitment of candidates and most of them are the core engineering companies. As per the current trends and statistics that are available on the Internet, more than 92% of students are placed in different reputed companies from this college. The maximum salary provided in the campus was 48 LPA while the average salary a student received was 7 LPA. Some of the leading employers are Microsoft, Texas Instrument, Infosys, Bosch, Tata Motors, IBM, Wipro Ltd and Accenture to name a few.

MESCOE Pune is a private engineering college that provides Bachelors of Engineering – BE and Masters of Engineering – ME programmes in different fields. Currently, offered for a four-year undergraduate B.Tech programs are Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science.
