The JAM 2024 is a national-level entrance exam for admission to Master of Science (M.Sc.) programs in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science at IITs and other top institutions in India.

1. Educational Certificates: You will typically need copies of your educational certificates, including mark sheets and certificates for your qualifying examination (e.g., 10+2 or equivalent).

2. Identity Proof: A valid government-issued photo ID proof (e.g., Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, or driver's license) may be required for verification.

3. Passport-Sized Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs with a white background are often needed for application forms and identity verification.

4. Category Certificate (if applicable): If you belong to a reserved category (e.g., SC/ST/OBC), you may need to provide a valid category certificate for claiming reserved seats or benefits.

JOAPS 2024: Seat Allotment

The candidates will be allotted a seat in the program of their choice, if a seat is available in that program and the candidate's score is high enough. If a seat is not available in the program of the candidate's choice, the candidate will be allotted a seat in another program, based on their score and the availability of seats.
