The assignment of seats to the qualified aspirants in the Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy Institutes for the academic year will be done by the AYUSH NEET Counselling considering the candidate's NEET score and the preferences and will be done using the AYUSH NEET Counselling. It is the process that is handled by the AACCC Admission Central Counseling Committee. During the registration, counseling, admission of choices, allocation of seat, report at the allotted college, and further rounds of counselling, the process of counseling process takes place. 

The NEET AYUSH is a National Eligibility cum Entrance Test which is a gateway to obtain entrance to several colleges of AYUSH degree courses all over India. This is the exam that best demonstrates whether the candidate has learnt physics, chemistry, or biology up to grade 12. The counselling process is conducted after the NEET rank and merit list is announced, which inturn decides which one of the qualified candidates will be allotted the seats.

On bases of time table provided by NTA the NEET UG 214 for entrance to the 2024-25 academic session will be conducted by National Testing Agency on May 5, 214. Thus, the final outcome will be ready by 18 days. Further to that, the AYUSH NEET counselling and admission process will start working. The details on the dates for the counselling are yet to be released, but students can be sure that the process will be concluded by September of 2024 before the semester starts. Announced soon on the actual AACCC website are the specified appointment dates and counselling procedure.
